About
Hello! I am a student at the University of Glasgow, pursuing a joint degree in Geography and Business Management. My decision to enroll in both the College of Geographical and Earth Sciences and the Adam Smith Business School stems from my growing passion for sustainability. Through my Geography studies, I’ve gained insights into environmental issues, while my business courses have provided opportunities like a summer program at Bocconi University on finance, sustainability, and ESG.
In addition to my academic work, I volunteer as a conservation ranger at Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park and have spent several summers working as a gardener. I am excited to join the expanding network for impact and connect with like-minded individuals!
Projects
To create interdisciplinary support for regenerative futures work. Together with Laavanya and Blythe, the students noticed a gap in access to opportunities between departments at the university, including different levels of financial support, and want to pool resources to provide inclusive workshops across the campus.
They plan to include leaders in practice that present practical challenges that help support the community as well as provide real-life experience and the chance of benefiting from internship opportunities at the collaborating organisations.
