Hi Everyone!
It’s a pleasure to be a part of the team and learn from this project with you all. I am an Assistant professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia’s School of Economics, Finance, and Banking. I lead and teach Ph.D. and MSC research, as well as internships and undergraduate students. I’m a visiting researcher at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics’s Centre for European Economy.
I’m also on the advisory board of the IFN Islamic Sustainable Finance and Investment, as well as the management team of the European School of Sustainability Science and Research’s World Association of Professors on Sustainability Science and Research (WASP-SSR-HAW). Currently I am the editor of six journals. I am an associate research fellow for the Centre for Sustainability Research (CSRC) and a consultant and research fellow for the National Board of Economic Review (NBER) in Bangladesh. Currently, I am leading two projects, and I’m conducting research concerning the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Palm Oil Sustainability, Financial Sustainability, Environmental Economics, Islamic Finance, and Digital Financing, among other topics.
